Making Nutrient-Dense Eating Work for You
Most people aren’t meeting their basic nutritional needs, especially when it comes to essential vitamins, minerals, and other health-promoting compounds found in whole and minimally processed foods. Over time, those gaps can contribute to chronic health challenges like low energy, poor immune resilience, mood struggles, and more. In today’s wellness landscape of eat this, not that, it’s no wonder people feel overwhelmed or unsure where to start. But a more nourishing, sustainable approach is possible.
Strict diets and long lists of “yes” and “no” foods can offer structure at first, but when misunderstood as the only path forward, they often lead to burnout, nutrient gaps, or decision paralysis. Add in cultural disconnects, budget limitations, and rigid food rules, and it’s no surprise many people feel stuck.
This roundtable introduces a more inclusive, flexible approach. We’ll explore Nutrivore, an evidence-based, judgment-free framework created by Dr. Sarah Ballantyne, that helps you shift from restriction to nourishment by focusing on how to efficiently meet your nutritional needs.
Whether you’re managing a chronic condition, suspect something deeper is going on, or simply want to build a more supportive relationship with food, this conversation is for you.
You’ll learn how to:Â
This is more than just a protocol. It's a conversation about creating flexibility and nourishment in a world that often makes health feel complicated and out of reach.
