Jacqui Zimmerman is a Registered Dietitian, Health Coach and Certified Personal Trainer. She is also an avid runner, completing several marathons including two Boston Marathons. At the height of her running obsession she was diagnosed with Graves' disease and has successfully learned how to manage her condition through the use of the Autoimmune Protocol and lifestyle changes that include a more moderate level of exercise, stress management and a focus on rest and recovery. Now she has a passion for helping other women achieve healing and find a healthier mindset surrounding food and moderation in active pursuits.
